The presence of Mr. Meghnad Saha, a respected Retired Superintending Engineer (TSECL) and Board of Director (TIDCL), lent prestige to the occasion. Mr. Saha not only delivered an enlightening lecture but also generously shared his invaluable field experiences with the audience.
