The aim of this institute is not just to create an informed set of individuals but develop individuals with character, commitment, conviction, courtesy and courage, who are cultured and can shoulder the responsibility of taking the nation forward and making it stronger than ever before. Our institute also believes in inculcating right attitude in the minds of young engineers and develop them as individuals who have the innate desire not just to succeed in their own lives but also to contribute meaningfully to societal development in all possible spheres.

C-Core, Optra Automation, Scope Telecom, HDFC are the companies who conducted campus drive at our institute during March-April 2018 and offered job to 49 students out of 70 students appeared for the drive. Moreover TCEA organized “LINK-2018”- a mega job fair at Maheshkhola campus in association with ICT Academy, unique by nature for the state of Tripura on 9th May 2018. Companies like Technosoft, eNoah iSolution, Allsec Healthcare, S10 Healthcare LTD, Imarque,Pilotfish Koncepts Consultants & Projects PVT LTD,CSS CORP participated in the JOB Fair. 105 students of TCEA were placed in the said JOB Fair in a single day with multiple offers.Apart from the Mega job fair, 4 students of TCEA got placed at INDIGO on May 2018.Techno College of Engineering Agartala provides total 385 Jobs to its Students as well as to the students of other technical colleges in the year 2018.
