Organogram of  TCEA

An organogram is a graphical representation of an organisation’s structure. It’s used to show hierarchical relationships between managers and the people who report to them, as well as departments.

Principal:
The Principal are involved in the implementation of the perspective plans of the College, who ensures the academic and administration functions efficiently through the departments and various committees constituted for the respective cause.

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC):
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was designed as a way to institutionalise and guarantee a quality culture. As a post-accreditation quality maintenance measure for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation, and quality up-grading of institutions of higher education, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been developed. The IQAC ensures a quality assurance system with the right structure, procedures, and flexibility to satisfy the various stakeholder needs. The institution’s quality assurance (QA) and quality enhancement (QE) operations are planned, supervised, and maintained by the IQAC.
Functions
The main functions of IQAC are:
1. Establishing and implementing quality standards/parameters for the institution’s numerous academic and administrative tasks.
2. Information sharing on the many higher education quality indicators.
3. Workshops and lectures on quality-related topics are organized, and quality circles are promoted.
4. Documentation of the numerous quality improvement programs and activities serving as the institution’s focal organization for actions relating to quality.
5. Depending on the quality criteria, the creation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) that will be submitted to NAAC.

Chief Academic Coordinator:
Chief Academic Coordinator (CAC) of student affair and research and development ensure the effective functioning of student related activities and problems and promotion of R & D as per the college perspective plan and instructions of the principal.

Head(s) of Departments:
The Heads of Departments ensure that the academic calendar provided by the university/college is implemented properly and efficiently. Heads are also responsible to administer the respective department, run the academic as per the plan, conducts curricular and extra-curricular activities for the respective students.

Committees for specific task:
Various academic and administrative committees are constituted at the beginning of the year or as and when required and specific task is allotted to it as per the academic and administration plans of the college. The Committees are: Annual Cultural and Sports, Students alumni, Examinations, Scholarships, Purchase, Admissions, Training & Placement, SC/ST Cell, Students Mentoring Cell, Social Media Cell, Industry-Institute Partnership Cell, Internal Complaint Committee, Internal Quality Assurance, Library, Women Grievance Redressal Cell, Anti-ragging squad and committee, Cleanliness, etc.

Office Superintendent:
Office Superintendent is the head of Non-Teaching and Non-Technical staff and ensures the administration of various sections runs properly and efficiently as per the college plans and instructions of the Principal.
