The Centre for Career Development (CCD) at Techno College of Engineering Agartala is a central support system dedicated to preparing students for successful professional careers. CCD acts as a vital link between students, industry, and academia by facilitating internships, industrial training, campus recruitment, and career mentoring. Responsibilities
The Centre for Career Development is responsible for the following activities:
- Planning and executing campus recruitment and placement drives
- Coordinating internships, industrial training, and live projects
- Organizing soft skill, communication, aptitude, and technical training programs
- Conducting resume building, mock interviews, and group discussion sessions
- Facilitating career counseling, higher studies guidance, and competitive exam awareness
- Establishing and strengthening industry partnerships and MoUs
- Maintaining student placement data, employer feedback, and alumni interaction
- Supporting students in entrepreneurship and startup initiatives
- Coordinating with academic departments for skill gap analysis and training needs
