Physics Lab

The Engineering Physics Laboratory course is designed to provide first-year engineering students with hands-on experience in experimental physics. The aim is to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications, developing critical scientific skills such as observation, measurement, analysis, and data interpretation.This lab course focuses on experiments that reinforce core topics in mechanics, optics, electromagnetism, and modern physics. Through these experiments, students will develop an understanding of fundamental physical principles, proper usage of laboratory instruments, and the importance of experimental accuracy and error analysis.

Chemistry Laboratory

The Engineering Chemistry Laboratory is designed to complement the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom with practical hands-on experience. This lab course introduces first-year engineering students to the foundational principles of chemistry through experimental methods. It aims to develop scientific skills, enhance analytical thinking, and instill safe laboratory practices essential for engineers.Students will perform a series of experiments related to volumetric analysis, qualitative analysis, instrumental techniques, and polymer & water chemistry. Emphasis is placed on accurate measurement, data analysis, error estimation, and the scientific method. The course also helps students understand the real-world application of chemistry in engineering disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering.
